Discipline is one of the highest forms of self-love we can perform. You are informing the universe that you are willing to delay any comfort and instant gratification for better things to come. Self-love is not going to a fancy coffee shop or spa but instead it’s how you manage yourself in the face of adversity. How you speak to yourself is so important and the lengths you are prepared to go in order to create the best version of yourself. The hardest thing you can ever do is love yourself, but the rewards are also the best thing we can achieve in this existence.
